How Our Shipping Works:

All orders are carefully wrapped and packaged by our Ofélia team and scheduled for next day shipping. We pride ourselves on quick delivery times, our shipping partner FedEx guarantees world class efficient service to help us execute on our promise. We require a signature for every delivery to ensure no package gets stolen or lost.

 

Shipping Details:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placing an order.
• Orders are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your items have shipped.
• Shipments can be tracked as soon as they have been picked up by the shipping carrier
• We are based in Montreal , therefore depending on where you are located in Canada, shipping can take 2-5 days.
